Denise Snow is the Founder and President of KBAC Properties, Inc., a Georgia nonprofit dedicated to creating safe, affordable housing and community-centered support for individuals and families working toward long-term stability. Her leadership is grounded in a clear and enduring vision: that housing security and access to essential benefits must work together if people are to remain healthy, rooted, and able to build stronger futures for themselves and their communities. With more than a decade of experience in the health and life insurance industry, Denise has guided more than 700 individuals through Medicare and Medicaid enrollment. Through that work, she developed a deep understanding of how paperwork challenges, missed deadlines, and complex systems can quietly erode the stability that people have worked hard to build and how the right support at the right moment can change everything. That experience shaped the mission of KBAC Properties, Inc. Denise founded the organization to address the lasting connection between housing and benefits access particularly for seniors, people with disabilities, and others navigating systemic barriers. Her model brings together Housing as a Social Determinant of Health with wraparound support, including Medicaid assistance with work-activity reporting guidance, and access to employment and volunteer opportunities that help residents maintain their footing and preserve their coverage. Under Denise's leadership, KBAC Properties, Inc. is building more than housing. It is creating a community-centered ecosystem where residents can access stable homes, preserve their benefits, and move toward lasting self-sufficiency with dignity, support, and a clear path forward. Her work reflects a commitment to practical compassion, thoughtful leadership, and lasting impact across Georgia.
