Our Supportive Housing Programs Launching Fall 2026
Those who served this country deserve more than gratitude they deserve a stable place to stand and a community built around their continued growth. Veterans At Home provides affordable, supportive housing designed specifically for veterans, pairing safe homes with access to earned benefits, peer connections, and wraparound resources across all four pillars: safe housing, preserved benefits, meaningful community, and a clear path to lasting self-sufficiency. Because stability is not a reward for service it is the foundation every veteran deserves. Primarily serves: Housing Stability + Opportunity
Wellness begins where we live. This initiative invites residents to cultivate their own gardens growing fresh food, building daily routines, and strengthening the bonds that turn a housing community into a true neighborhood. Rooted in KBAC's whole-person model, Eat What You Grow addresses food access, physical wellness, and community belonging all at once, because a stable home is made stronger when the people inside it are healthy, connected, and invested in each other. Primarily serves: Health Access + Personal Development
Lasting stability is never built alone. The IM Support Group creates a consistent, welcoming space where residents come together to share experiences, build trust, and access peer-driven resources that strengthen every pillar of whole-person development. From navigating benefits to finding a sense of belonging, this group is proof that community is not just a feature of our model it is the foundation everything else is built on. One honest conversation at a time. Primarily serves: Personal Development + Opportunity
Health Access Resource Alliance
Housing stability and health are inseparable. The Health Access Resource Alliance connects residents and the broader communities we serve with essential healthcare resources from preventive care to Medicaid navigation so that a strong home life is supported by an equally strong foundation of health and well-being. Because whole-person development means ensuring that every resident has not just a roof over their head, but the physical and mental health support to truly thrive.
